This Week @ Habitat Brewing Co.
We are open all 7 days of the week, starting at 3pm each day except on Saturday and Sunday when we open at 12 Noon. We close at 10 most days, except for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and we close at midnight those nights. Check out what cool stuff we've got for you this week over at the Tavern and Commons!
The Month of August | $1 of every pint of the English IPA goes to Habitat for Humanity for their "House that Beer Built" project, which is being supported by a number of breweries around the Asheville area this year and next. So when you come in, consider supporting a great cause to help folks in need of affordable housing.
QiGong classes are Tuesday and Saturday from 10:30-11:30 every week at Habitat. Cost is only $10 and led by Alan Horowitz, who has well over 20 years of experience leading and helping people practice wellness. You can find out more about qigong and contact Alan if you have questions through his website here.
Monday afternoon Engineers without Borders meets for their monthly meet up at Habitat. This is one of those groups that uses our space a place for conversation and a chance to connect and network. If you're interested in learning more about what they are about (think Doctors Without Borders), please come find them and say hi. They meet from 5:30-6:30.
Friday night is our next storytelling event with David Joe Miler! WORD! with Adam Booth and Sheila Arnold Jones | Doors at 6pm, show at 7pm Tickets on Eventbrite. We are very excited about our ongoing partnership with David Joe Miller and being able to host these events featuring storytellers and musicians both locally and nationally.
