Habitat Brewing Co beer list

Flagship Beers

Stout  |  5.1%, 37 IBU

Our Habitat Stout releases dark chocolate and coffee aromas that make their impressions first, and its roasty, nutty flavor follows close behind. This classic stout is well-balanced, not too sweet or too malty, and it is Habitat's best-loved beer.

IPA  |  6.7%, 62 IBU

This west coast style IPA has a lightly malted body, golden amber color, and bold aromas of citrus and pine. This IPA is brewed with Simcoe hops and dry hopped with Centennial hops.

ESB  |  5.8%, 39 IBU

Habitat's ESB (Extra Special Bitter) is a classic English style bitter. The malts used in this bitter offer notes of sweeter chocolate on the finish that balance the spicy floral character of Cascade hops.

Oatmeal Pale Ale  |  5.4%, 38 IBU

Habitat's Oatmeal Pale Ale is a crisp, fresh beer brewed with oats, Riverbend Malt, and a generous amount of Amarillo Hops. The sunny aroma of orange blossoms awakens the palate with effervescent notes of citrus and satisfies with a creamy finish.  This light bodied, full flavored beer is both striking and smooth and is sure to delight lovers of all beer types.

English IPA  |  6.6%, 61 IBU

The English IPA brings a lot of flavor and body to the table. Its heavier malt body is sweet and full, and English hops contribute earthy, floral aromas to this beer.

Rotating Seasonal Beers

Appalachian Wheat Pale Ale  |  6.0%, 40 IBU

This refreshing and robust ale is brewed with Riverbend Malt and Appalachian wheat, dry hopped with a generous amount of El Dorado hops, and finished with Hefeweizen yeast. Notes of tropical fruit linger in the mouth and are balanced by the smooth texture that the addition of wheat brings to the experience.

Baltic Porter  |  7.8%, 32 IBU

One of Habitat's first recipes, this sweet, spunky, high gravity beer is a fantastic tasting experience from start to finish. Habitat's Baltic Porter is brewed with British malts that give it its smoky sweet aroma and notes of roasted marshmallow.

Brunch Saison  |  5.6%, 30 IBU

Habitat's saison gets its name from its light, dry mouth feel and strong citrus aroma. We brew and finish this beer with copious amounts of orange peel and finish it with a French saison yeast. It's the perfect breakfast beer, light and sunny in both color and flavor.

IRA  |  6.6%, 64 IBU

Our IRA (Inda Red Ale) is strongly influenced by the west coast style IPA. Its rich copper color catches the eye before aromas of caramel and hops greet your senses. The sweeter notes of brown sugar give way to a solid hoppy flavor that culminates with a piney finish.
